Today the Meems comes home and sPike and I could not be any the happier. The bachelor's life is not for us.
Windows 7 seems to be a very smooth running operating system and from my little time running it, my recommendation to everybody is get it as soon as it comes out.... It is Vista.... but with everything fixed. My problem with the test run is that a lot of my programs have not been updated yet to run on this unreleased system yet. So, having taken it for a spin around the block a few times, I give it my imprematur, but I am just about ready to go back to XP for the sake of my old programs. I am sure by October when 7 is officially out, most of the programs will be upgraded to run with it.
And for the rest of the day, I will take sPike for his usual number of walks.... I will fly the flag.... and I will ... remember.
