As you may or may not recall from last Leap Year, I remarked how
Feb 28 was actually really March 1st, no matter what some people try to say changing the calendar like that. Last year, It would be March 1st at this moment in time... Next year,,, ditto. And who had the bright idea of giving us an extra day in February, for pete's sake... Any moron who thought about it would have said, hey, we need an extra day in the calendar... lets add a nice summer day... JUNE 31.... MORONS! and so there is no longer a February 29. We will all enjoy the extra summer day this year in June.

ReplyDeleteAlong those lines, can we move the start of DST to a FRIDAY at 4pm so that it suddently becomes Friday at 5pm? Those of us in the working world can really get behind that, instead of stealing an hour of our precious weekend!
