Remember those hot summer nights and those city water shortages. Money was tight but so was our love. Well, those days are back. No, St Clair Shores hasn't initiated any water rationing or anything like that, but we thought that with money being the way it is, no time like the present to start tightening the belt. And, of course, my loving boys are here to help. Following an afternoon at Grammy's, a swim in the canal by some, a long walk down Metro Parkway, and a ride home, it was time for a dip in the pool. Well, dark clouds rolled in, thunder crashed, and the skies briefly lit up, so the pool was quickly vacated. Now my poor little chillun were all so very cold, coming out of the cool pool into the July winds, that they just had to follow little Jim into the tub to warm up. This is only an inch of water, but after my four monster-boys got in, it was nearly a foot. LOL!!! Hope all had a pleasant weekend. Love and health to all. ET
